At HAND, our livelihood development programs are designed to create sustainable income opportunities and foster long-term financial independence among women and youth in rural communities. Our approach focuses not only on technical training but also on building leadership, financial literacy, and digital readiness - ensuring that beneficiaries are self-reliant, skilled for the future, and resilient to socio-economic challenges.
What We Do
By equipping participants with practical skills in areas such as tailoring, handicrafts, digital media training, and micro-enterprise development, we help them confidently step into the workforce or start their own income-generating ventures.
Vistaraku Making
Our Vistaraku Making Training program supports rural women in gaining practical skills to produce eco-friendly leaf plates—locally known as Vistaraku.
Digital Technology & Media
Equipping youth with future-ready skills in content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing for the modern economy.
